EUAA Corporate Partners respond to COVID pandemic
Emily Wood | May 14, 2020
The COVID-19 pandemic has created many challenges for all parts of the community and we are pleased to see many positive initiatives from energy industry to assist energy users during this time. While we have seen the Australian Energy Regulator set out its expectations during the crisis, we have also seen Energy Charter signatories take action to put customers at the centre of their response.
All of the EUAA’s Corporate Partners are signatories to the Energy Charter. They are working to ensure their businesses are built around a customer centric model, that they listen to concerns and respond appropriately to customer’s needs as they deliver their essential service.
Each EUAA Corporate Partner has developed information on their website outlining their response to the COVID crisis. You can find some of this information via the links below. We encourage you to contact the companies if you have questions or to enquire further how their response applies to you.
